Now, in Hexiang factory, we have a successful and hi-automatic lab testing line for sanitary ware, which includes Mould making, Hi-pressure casting machine for wash basin, tank, toilet and rim, drying chamber, cycle glazing line, shuttle kiln, packaging and testing machine. And now in our showing room, we have successfully finished the forming of base by hi-pressure.

3) KILN CAR QUANTITY

     According to designing requirement

4) The entire brick wall is build by top quality light-refectory-heat preservation brick. Bick working of out wall      could make kiln shell temperature <60°C.

5) The kiln body is build top quality light-refectory-heat preservation brick. The ceil of kiln choose type 1400 of cordierite-mullite-hanging plate structure.

6) The kiln body is build by The external walls choose poly lightweight high alumina standard bricks. To further reduce the surface temperature of the kiln, the all of brickwork choose the aluminum silicate fiber blanket, hi-temperature with thicker fiber cotton, and installing 50mm thick high alumina fiber blanket, to make the surface temperature is below 60°C. On pre-heated section of 1-13, the hanging plate choose 40mm thickness light ramming material, to prevent moisture leaks corrosion kiln.

7) Kiln car and car traveling system

The frame of car is processed by the figured steel and wheel is cast-iron structure and axis processed by 45# roller steel and professional bearing is applicable to the car. There is reasonable clearance between roll balls and bearing ring, it is long service life. Adoption of new brick to car realizes the reducing of heat preservation, saving of energy consumed by kiln.
